Kat Walter5 StarMy husband and I chose to go with Nick as his prices were very competitive. I am pleased to say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He carried out the survey within days of instruction and produced a very detailed report the very next day which included information about the key points we asked him to bear in mind prior to visiting the property. When we went back with a couple of further queries after reading the report, Nick answered them very quickly within the same day. Once instructed he coordinated with the estate agents directly in order to get the survey done and I did not have to worry about anything.
