Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Rang the shop to be told they haven't received my order, even though I had email confirmation and payment made. When I asked about a refund, they didn't want to know, passed the phone to someone else who told me my order (that they apparently never received) was just around the corner. Approximately 10 mins later a friendly fella knocked on my door. I can't express how much I'd of preferred the refund. The food was hot, yes! It was also tasteless, dry and stale! I had ordered roast duck chow mein, which is seemingly served without duck! Egg fried rice and chips. Other than texture you couldn't tell the food apart. Absolutely vile. I will not be returning and strongly urge you to consider spending your hard earned money somewhere else.
