Fitting bathrooms and kitchens is about more than just the functional aspect of fitting things together; it requires attention to detail and an appreciation of aesthetics and Richard Culm of Neo Designs understands this. His work is precise, he does exactly what he says he will do within the timescales and budget and can be trusted to make the best decisions when it comes to positioning fittings and units etc. I would not hesitate to use Richard Culm again and recommend him to anyone; he is a true professional!
