James daniel Regan5 StarFantastic service approaches injuries in a variety of ways, being a builder and a keen sports man, there's always a minor injury Sarah has been able to keep at bay for me, always kept me in check in the lead up to any sporting events i have participated in. Also a massive help when dealing with the recovery phase, offers great advise. Some times when you just a need a relaxing massage a half hour with Sarah can make you forget all your troubles. I tried many different sports massage therapists before Sarah at Natural Therapy and none of them measure up to the service Sarah provides. I couldn't recommend her enough a very professional and talented lady and sought after so make sure you book in advance! Thanks SarahThursday 18th April 2019
deb5 StarI recently had medical acupuncture with Sarah for a constantly aching hip and lower back, this was incorporated with deep tissue massage. Just amazing results, after two sessions my backache has gone and my hip pain has considerably subsided. Would highly recommend Sarah and Natural Therapy for professionalism and quality of care provided.Wednesday 21st March 2018
