Used ATM to deposit cash. Although have gone inside to see a customer service advisor many times before now, and they have always been very happy to help you and sort out any queries I've had. Thank you.

One of the best Building Societies out there! Very helpful in arranging a complex mortgage and nothing was too much trouble. I have been an account holder with Nationwide for over 30 years. Their online banking service is very secure and easy to use from my computer or smartphone. Can't recommend them enough for friendly and helpful service.

Terrible they ask us to do internet banking when i went to transfer £80 i went all the way through the procedure the last one being an authorization code from my card reader which i entered 3 times and it would not let me called the branch only to be told come down and they would sort it a 200 mile trip from were i am at the moment service what service they would not help me over the phone
