Joe Chandy5 StarExcellent. Fixed a technician visit easily and at convenient time. No waiting in for hours waiting for the guy to come. Scott arrived on time and got on with sorting my alarm out. He was very thorough and methodical. There were lots of bits and pieces that needed rectifying including fitting the sensors the right way around (obvious bodge job by the installers) and tidying up wires which he did even though it was difficult, checked everything, ran a walk through and showed me how things worked and how to use the codes etc. Very professional and left only when the job was properly done. Did not rush. Did not push me to buy any item or services. Gave me a detailed service report. I was happy to pay for the extra work as it was so well done. Definitely recommend National Alarmcall. Will use again when needed.Wednesday 13th November 2019
