Martin Northfield2 StarThey made a good job of fitting the windscreen, but didn't return our Paris clean air permit. We also had to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment, communication wasn't very good, we had to chase them a few times The guy on reception when we took the car in, made a big show of cleaning the key when I handed it to him, and was a bit self righteous.
Yet the guy when we picked it up was very friendly and helpful
Its unfortunate that our insurance company gave us no choice but to use National Windscreens, AutoGlass could have done it the next day at our home.Sunday 25th June 2023

Carl Kirby1 StarAbsolutely awful service, originally booked 6 weeks ago only to be let down after 3 weeks and told on the day they had no glass. Booked again for another 3 week wait only to be called on the day to be asked to go to the shop, was told 40/50 minutes wait and still here after 1hr 30mins, still waiting.

A V5 StarAbsolutely amazing service by the lovely team at National Windscreens Northampton on my mums Mercedes - she was late but they were very understanding and accommodative - they answer phone calls quickly and above all the job was done 100% perfectly. I made the man a cup of tea before starting which was cold with in mins he worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible a good 2 hours had passed not quite finish offered him a second cup of tea refused as he had 2 more job that day.
