They were quick to come and assess the old boiler and they sorted us with a new boiler immediately! They even cleaned up after which was great ! They were friendly and efficient. A year later our heating stopped working and Nigel sorted it for me the same day with no fuss. It was a huge help given the cold weather to have it fixed on the same day even with calling him last minute !
