Sophie and her team really care about their tenants, every issue was sorted quickly and they go out of their way to ensure everything goes smoothly. I recently completed on my first home and I couldn’t recommend MyHaus Brighton enough! After meeting with other Estate Agents in Brighton (who probably just saw me as an ‘easy mark’) Tom and Sophie were unlike the rest, they were so nice and supportive throughout the whole process. I was given regular updates on the purchase, they made sure to chase up or hunt down any paperwork outstanding, plus gave me really helpful advice along the way. Tom and Sophie were amazing duo. My husband and I just moved to UK about a month ago and our journey has been rough in finding a home. We’ve been moving from one guest house to another and we can’t imagine how much we’ve spent for that. During that time we spent hours figuring out where we can find a house to stay at permanently. Finally we find a minimalist home which fits our budget (for couple starting anew in UK). Tom has promptly responded to my husband’s request to view the house. We met Becky who showed to flat to us and was kind so kind as well. Finally, when we have decided we spoke with Sophie, and this lady was so amazing. Despite being sick, she still manages to answer all( literally) all my questions ( even the smallest details). Their dedication to work and patience are just amazing. Most accommodating and professional people (letting company) we’ve met so far. Our move was as smooth as a silk. I highly recommend MyHaus. Thanks to you all. Keep safe.
