This is a great company to purchase from. Their products are very good quality, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and they deliver when they say they will. We bought quite a lot of furniture from My-Furniture for a new house and we're very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

This is a true customer service experience review and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this Company. From reading the negative comments, I chose to ring this Company and ask questions before placing my first order. From my first point of telephone conversations, including emails, I received 100% customer satisfaction experience at all times. I was informed 100% regarding my delivery times. As soon as my order was in stock I received my order within 2 day's, I was also kept updated via the Postal Delivery Service via text 💯 ✔ 👏 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The process of ordering was smooth which I accept the company eta was 5 weeks which was perfect for my newly built home however they have said they said it is ready 4 weeks before if I didn’t accept delivery I would have a charge which I think is abysmal as I would of ordered a week before I needed the sofas however there transporter where do I start. I am Disgusted with this company panther transport they was meant to deliver as stated to a room of choice however left my wife with a sofa in the garden and said we don’t have time to put it in the house and walked off leaving myself to travel an hour to do the job not only was my 12-2pm time slot arriving at 6pm with them telling me at 4pm they will be 1 hour and putting the phone down how this company still runs is beyond me. They say my complaint is settled but can not disclose due to gdpr so they have just fobbed me off I never complain as I work in a customer service role myself but this is beyond me if I can give 0 stars I would disgusting leaving over £1000 sofa outside where it could of rained and ruined the sofa. You need to change your courier I will not be returning to this company.
