Had my eye test here today. Was totally blown away by the level of service from Iqra. She was very professional and polite explaining all aspects of the examination. Made things very easy. Iqra is a credit to the team and I strongly recommend everyone to visit this practice on fox hollies road Acocks green. 5 stars all the way 👌

Myself and my partner have just had our new glasses from MW Phillips and we had a brilliant experience. The female optician we saw was excellent, the best eye test I have ever had personally, she was extremely thorough and at no point did we ever get the hard sell from any of the staff. I had a few issues in the beginning with information on the lenses that I wanted, it was all sorted though with no problem in the end. Picked our glasses up today and both very impressed with them, fit great and lense clarity superb. Chloe has been very helpful throughout when we have visited. Have already recommended Brillen/MW Phillips to friends. Thank you

Stay away from this optician. Went to pick up glasses not able to see clearly. Informed that the frame was not suitable for my prescription and that they had not been correctly marked up by the young sales staff resulting in unclear vision. Trying to get a refund to be told I’ll have to wait for the glasses to be returned to Germany and then up to a further ten days. Crazy. They were able to take my money on the day of purchase. Truly a horrible experience.
