They are my go to mountain warehouse, the staff are always helpful and go out of there way to provide excellent customer service. Due stock issues not everything is available but they will check other locations for me. The store is bright and airy and is always clean with hand gel to use.

Went in there today for new boots. Got a bargain with some help from a young lad, and the manager. Great customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thanks for your help guys!

Purchased item online during lock down. Despite their website clearly saying that replacements or returns can be done at any store the manager refused to take item back when wife tried today basically saying that any other store would do it but he doesn't like doing them so couldn't help. Service was useless and shall make sure to avoid this particular store in future. Fortunately the Weymouth store have always been amazing. Shame that a so called manager of a store represents them so badly.
