The person on duty came up to say there was a problem with the "Pay in the shop" service that was normally available at the press of a button choice on the forecourt pump. He saw me through as to what to do using a credit card and mentioned something about the pump taking £100 on hold temporarily after I posed the question when I saw something flashed by quickly on the screen. There was no explanation/reassurance/confirmation as to when I will see the money back - I only wanted a third of what was "taken". I hope they haven't held on to £130+. I left preplexed, bemused, slightly unhappy, What has just happened?

Now I begrudge buying air?And I use to go to Morrisons because their air was almost free,a few pence to inflate your tyres.on Portland it's a basic £1,whether you want a little or a lot...now they've put their prices up...it was just one of thoses things which made you feel you was getting something from them......

The petrol station staff are great. The price of fuel is disgraceful with the government wanting what they want and Morrisons making a huge profit along with the oil producers charging the earth but even when prices of oil come down we the customer do not see any difference 🤬😢

Don't sell super unleaded petrol here, only the higher water base petroleum, use too much fuel and time Getting in & out of this place with the traffic lights, better to use fuel stations along side of a road with out traffic lights, Morrisons also as speed bumps when you enter the site

Not impressed! The guy struggled to take payment with GPay. Eventually changed tills at the request of the customer behind me, then after asking for the receipt he ripped it because he had a paddy. Poor behaviour with shocking customer service. Not impressed!
