Up a creek with no paddle. That's where my clinic was in in November 2018. I'd just hired staff. I was set to expand. Then my site dropped off the first page in Google - and not just off the first page, but off the radar entirely. The phone stopped ringing almost over night. Patient volume crashed by more than half. Needless to say, I was at the end of my rope. And that's when a colleague referred me to Gareth at Moonleap. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical at first - having dealt with a long string of disappointing web specialists. Yet, i was out of options and she insisted that he was a miracle worker. So I scheduled a consult - and I'm GLAD I did! In our first video meeting (we're on opposite sides of the pond), Gareth took the time to both clearly understand my business' needs and explain his approach. He was (and is) extremely data driven - which immediately resonated with me. What's more, he seemed to genuinely care. So I took the plunge and signed up for both Google Ads and SEO. Fast forward six weeks - I was back on the first page, albeit below the fold. After another two months, my site was jostling for the top rank in Google. Then came time for a larger, more comprehensive and professional-looking site. Once again, I turned to Gareth. And he delivered. Not only do patients love the site (the make it a point to tell me), but we can also track exactly where leads are coming from and what conditions, therapies and content that visitors gravitate toward. 2020 saw the pandemic and a tidal wave of uncertainty sweep through the community. Gareth did an excellent job of checking, both with me and how I was doing, and how we could best and most strategically utilize our reduced marketing budget – to make sure that every dollar counted and I was well positioned to capitalize on opportunities as the world re-opened. Now in 2022, we're drinking from a fire hose of new patients and are set to begin expanding once more! I would highly recommend Gareth, he is enthusiastic and really knows his stuff. I'm a complete technophobe but he always explains things on my level! He's there when you need him and has lots of idea's too. If your reading this then you're on to a winner!

Since I started my business I've been inundated with the likes of Yell and Thomson Local offering me the world for a fee that was clearly unacceptable. I wanted a clean and simple website that told everybody about the service I provide and with Yorkshire Designs that's exactly what I got. Gareth has been a pleasure to work with and has always been there at the end of the phone both in the initial stages and for guidance there after. He's got my business noticed and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a nice and tidy website for a great price.

Having had experience of several really crap web companies in the past, Gareth took over from someone who was letting me down badly. Not only did he take over, but he kept in regular touch and was completely on the ball at all times. He understood the requirements easily and was "on the same page" with my vision. Gareth puts his everything into customer satisfaction and implementation and is a breath of fresh air in an industry which otherwise tends to have a bad image. Lets have more Gareths! :-) p.s.
