Was a loyal customer here for over a year until I turned up for a cut and the manager had double booked me (I had the booking card so date was correct etc) she said I can either come back another time or she can quickly do me before the other booking arrived. As I was going away that day I let her cut my hair which was washed and cut in 10 minutes and she had a junior helping blow dry my hair flat to my head and still charged me £40! Disgusting customer service, there was no apology and I had booked the manager level for the cut and blow dry so to let a trainee blow dry by hair just so she could rush to the other lady and still have the cheek to charge me full price demonstrates the customer service here

I've been coming here for over 5 years now. I always see Becki who is a real star and just amazing at what she does. I always feel comfortable, which I haven't always found with hairdressers, and I never leave disappointed!
