Dean Troke5 StarI have used Mobile Street previously for a replacement screen and received very good service. This time I needed a replacement camera. Mobile Street ordered in a new camera prior to me taking the phone in for repair.
They replaced the camera, however this did not resolve the problem I had with auto focusing. Because they could not fix the problem, they refused payment for the repair even though the part had been ordered in and they had spent time swapping out and testing.
Throughout, the service was superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mobile Street!!Saturday 12th March 2022

Cameron Gwyther1 StarWouldn't recommend. I was told over the phone it would be a genuine apple screen for an iPhone 12 Pro. Took it in store and once again was told it was a genuine screen, I returned to collect the phone and it flashed up as a non genuine part. Within a week the phone screen broke itself due to overheating the lcd screen (which by the way is not meant to be used in the 12 and up models) when I took it back and said i wanted a new screen under warranty (2 month warranty) or the money back for the screen they fitted they refused and said I would have to pay for another NON-GENUINE screen replacement. I told them I was lied to and they said 'oh well either we fix it again for the same price or you leave it and go elsewhere' very rude. Would not recommend.Tuesday 17th May 2022
