Harley Rowland5 StarMy iPhone short-circuited due to a faulty charger. They were able to repair it quickly. I have had a similar problem to this previously and went to a different shop in the area who were unable to fix it. I will always use Mobile Cottage from now on.Wednesday 21st November 2018
Fnx Fnx1 StarBought an “iPhone 7 compatible pair of earphones” from here, the tender claimed it was official apple Merch, however after connecting to my phone one time for music the end snapped off and became unusable. The product itself feels cheap and after going back in for a refund they continued to try and convince me it’s Apple tech and they could only exchange the product for the same thing... as well as telling me to complain if I had an issue which isn’t very professional.
