mark gibson1 StarMitchinson Macken came out to see my structural problem, put some time into thinking about a solution but rather than telling me they didnt want the job they just blanked my e mails. When i got though to the office someone promised a call. I tried to embarrass them into answering by multiple calls and e mails over a three month period but nothing. If you dont want the job just say so, dont tell people you are going to come back to them and then time after time ignore themMonday 11th October 2021

N A2 StarI attempted to contact this company on two occasions. The first time I left a voicemail message outlining my requirements and leaving full contact details. A few days later I tried to contact them a second time and as with the first occasion received no reply.
I can't speak for the engineering capabilities but I can comment on their customer service/communication skills and they are negligible.Monday 14th October 2013
