Having had two previous bad experiences with website designers, working with Mint Sauce Media was a breath of fresh air. Chris took the time to really get to know my business and worked at a pace that was right for me. I felt respected, listened to, and valued as a client, but more importantly, the non-jargoned approach really helped me to understand the technical aspects of the website build. It was really important to me to understand the process so that I was confident in making changes on the website once it was handed over to me. Chris was recommended to me by someone I've worked with previously. And after a couple of initial emails and calls I knew Mint Sauce Media were the right people to work with on my new website. Chris went above and beyond, and always kept me in the loop at different stages of the build with regular updates. My website went live in Feb 2020 and I'm really pleased with it - it works the way I wanted it to, and it looks the way that it did in my head. Being a designer, I knew I would be fairly picky about it but Chris was really good at advising and listening to my points too! Even now when I can't figure out how to do something, Chris is happy to lend support and reply to my emails and that's so valuable for someone like me who's unsure about what to do in WordPress. I'd be happy to recommend Mint Sauce Media to anyone looking for a new website!

I’ve been aware of Mint Sauce Media for a while and have been following them on Instagram but never used until now. I came to them with an idea for producing a poster that would be used to advertise independent food outlets. The artwork needed to look good on social media and in hard copy. I have little experience in this field and they really supported me through the design process and helped to get right to the core of what I was trying to achieve. The final product looks great and has had excellent feedback from the target audience. I’d definitely recommend and will be going back to them for my next project.

As a new business with no website I was looking for someone to make my vision a reality. I’d chatted to a few companies and was pretty decided on one, then I came across a website I loved and reached out to the owner to find out who designed it. They told me it was mint sauce media. So there was a website I loved, and a fun, quirky name...I arranged a call with Chris, he squeezed me in at very short notice and I’m so glad he did! From that first call I knew Chris was the one I wanted! I thought he’d be outside my price range but was pleasantly surprised he fit within the budget I had. Other examples people had shown me of their work were just not a patch on my final website, not by a long way! I had lots of questions and must have sent hundreds of emails, but every one was listened to, and responded to very promptly. My ideas were incorporated and Jen & Chris were fab at advising me when things wouldn’t work with the overall strategy. They also did all my branding and logo so it all works together. I’m blown away by the final product. I’ve had lots of great feedback and already had some enquiries after it went live only 3 days ago. I couldn’t be happier with the service, communication and our wonderful website, thankyou so much Mint Sauce Media! I would wholeheartedly recommend, without hesitation. If you’re looking for a website, this is the company to hire!
