Never met a more unfriendly or cold hairdresser in my life as Michelle, she made me feel stupid and uncomfortable never mind telling me some grey hair is impossible to cover ... so now I go elsewhere where they pre-soften the stubborn greys and yes the grey gets covered - maybe Michelle should research the subject so as to improve her skills

Terrible experience, I had my haircut with Michelle the owner, she didn't even smile or make any friendly conversation. When I got home, my family pointed out that there was a few strands of hair that was longer than the rest! I had to snip it off myself! I have never been to the hairdressers where I had come back with uneven hair! The only good thing about my experience was the young receptionist, she was very nice, always smiled at me and made conversation with me while she washed my hair.
