We received excellent service from Thomas Merrifield throughout the whole process of the recent sale of our house in Bicester. All staff we dealt with were helpful, available and very professional, although Sharon in particular stood out by taking care of all the chasing and coordination, which got quite complicated and stressful for a while with our chain. Based on our experience as vendors we would strongly recommend Thomas Merrifield Bicester to anyone selling their property, and I suspect our buyers had as good an experience as they could have hoped for under the circumstances, given all the work Sharon undertook on their behalf.

Bought a house that was being managed by Thomas Merrifield and everything from the initial viewings, through to the exchange/completion has been an absolute joy. Everyone involved (primarily Sarah, Sharon and Jon) have been so friendly, responsive to queries and accommodating in any request. Even towards the end of the process when there were "challenges" with solicitors going back and forth for weeks, they were so proactive in helping push things along and so patient and professional. It has been such a pleasure to be buying a house through them and would definitely recommend them!

Honest, trustworthy and professional from start to finish during what was at times a difficult process due to tenants who refused viewings. I was kept updated with calls and emails. We have just exchanged on our house where Thomas Merrifield were acting on our behalf as our Agents. From the first visit by Jon Warrell to secure the commission (against other local Agents) to exchanging contracts, the whole team at Thomas Merrifield have been professional, knowledgeable, pro-active and supportive throughout the whole process. Jon, Sharon, Gemma, Sarah and the team have kept in regular contact and provided us with experienced and sensible advice in order to make our house sale as smooth as possible. Their understanding of the current market conditions provided us with a positive and realistic house sales price, supported by a high-quality sales brochure/particulars and details that were advertised both locally and nationally on all of the main UK property websites. The local team were then always on-hand to provide potential, interested buyers with an in-depth knowledge of the benefits of our property, including the Village we live in and the wider surrounding area. As such, they immediately generated a significant number of viewings and we accepted an offer on our house in just over one week. In the post acceptance of offer stage, the Thomas Merrifield team and Sharon, in particular, were in constant contact with us, our buyers and both Solicitors in calmly pushing things on, whilst ensuring all parties were happy, up to and including exchange of contracts. We couldn't rate the Bicester Thomas Merrifield team any higher. We would recommend them to anyone.

Sharon in the agency was really helpful and available throughout all the process of buying our first home. We heard it could take a while until all the paperwork is ready, but Sharon was updating us in each step of the way. She was honest and forthright. I would ask for her if I have to buy a new house!
