Excellent service and experience all around. I called on a Friday morning about test driving a car that wasn’t on site and Jonathan sorted a viewing for the following day. Bought the car on Saturday and it was delivered by Keith to my house a few days later. Everyone I had interacted with at this dealership (Jonathan, George, Keith) were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a car. It was stress-free, straightforward, efficient and communication has been commendable throughout. Any time I reached out, I could speak to someone or get a reply to my query quickly. They also followed up after delivery to make sure all was well with the car and that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ipswich.

I had an issue with my Mercedes on Friday following a service. I contacted them by Email and within an hour there was a technician trying to fix my car. Unsuccessful, it had a small overnight holiday at Mercedes where I was provided with a Courtesy car on the spot for the weekend, no questions before being personally delivered back to me on Monday night. Carl Beer the service manager was exceptional throughout and really went above and beyond in his approach. It's not often you visit a main dealer and leave happy, but in this instance, I really feel like a valued customer and like I want to return! Well done Carl in particular.
