I had to get rebooked after a personal issue with a therapist which was totally out of their control. Kirsty moved my appointment at short notice in time for the weekend and didn’t make me feel like it was any hassle. We laughed the whole appointment and I was left feeling amazing! I just wish the sun would come out so I can show of my matching pedicure! The online booking makes things so easy. 2 drinks made for me during my appointment. Everyone was lovely.
