Open 24 hours, only this is the third trip made to this McDonald’s in different months on our way home after late night/early finishes at work and it’s never been open. They just cone off the carpark and look like they’re playing on their phones when you look through the window. Complete waste of time, it’s just not 24 hours.

Absolutely terrible. Driving home from late night work, come out of my way specifically to come to McDonald’s as it’s advertised as 24 hour, and has a 24 hour sign next to it- get there and it’s coned off and shut but staff are still inside. If it’s not 24 hour; then change the status of the shop on Google and get rid of the 24 hour sign that’s right outside of it- REALLY annoying

(Sparkford McDonald's) We ordered a big tasty less the onion and we got a big tasty with onion. We ordered mozzarella sticks with salsa dip, we got no dip We ordered a full fat coke, came flat with no ice (only fanta no ice is okay) We ordered chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce, we got no dip. Went back to get all missing ingredients to complete our meal but by that time it was cold. Not happy.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I don’t even know where to start with this McDonald’s! It is most definitely the worst in the country. This is the most local McDonald’s to my home. COUNTLESS times I have arrived here, before 10pm and the place is shut. So much so that I actually contacted McDonald’s directly and complained how the business keeps confirming on google that they are 24 hours and it certainly is not. Once this review is left I’ll be contacting McDonald’s again. It is beyond a joke for the business to confirm 24 hours “4 weeks ago” when funnily enough this was around the time I initially complained. I do not know a single McDonald’s that closes before 10pm in this country!!!! If you are going to do this don’t bloody lie about it on google! I’d also like to point out a certain female ginger manager has the worst customer service skills Iv ever come across and has the intelligence of an Ostrich.

We was on the road for three hours with two young children who was hungry and looking forward to some food. We arrive and was told the machines were broken to order and had to go to the till. We went to the till to be told that we couldn't order at the till and go to the drive thru to order. We then drove to the drive through to be told that we couldn't order there either as the machines were all now broken. We then asked if we could pay cash to get food to which the manager refused. I then pleaded with the manager to at least provide two kids meals to my children as a good will gesture. He refused and said all the food had to be thrown in the bin. Disgusting behaviour and no common sense
