Ginger Jack1 StarThe chips were unseasoned there was no salt on them at all the wait for our meal was around 40 minutes and I had put the burger together myself my drink was diluted and Luke warm. Safe to say I will never visit that shambles of a fast food (slow food) restaurant. I am waiting for compensation!Saturday 2nd September 2023
Simon Abram1 StarOrder accepted by Just Eat at 12:48 it was delivered at 14:18. Both quarter pounders and the chips were cold. Food did not taste nice cold. Total cost of the order was £14.66p. It was not worth the money. Very poor quality food and service. I will not be ordering again.Friday 1st September 2023
Joke Box1 StarPoor service, as pointed out in previous reviews staff either under trained or simply do not care.
My order took 25min which wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't sat plated up waiting for chips to be placed on, which ended up being cold.
The manager couldn't control the staff and just stood there getting annoyed but not communicating with the other staff.
No apologies for delay.
