Steve C3 StarAtmosphere is good , but order machines is needed to improve . I bought meal several times via self-order machine , but didn’t get receipt. So I need to take picture on the order number every time for evidence of my order. On the other hand, I cannot get the receipt survey rewards…..Thursday 11th May 2023
Jim Mellin4 StarUsual McDonald’s reasonable breakfast, my only concern for future customers is do not park in the premier in car park. It is signposted. It was my fault. I park there for 23 minutes and I received a fine through the post for £60. Please be aware of this if you go to the Newark McDonaldThursday 7th September 2023

Peter Hardy1 StarShocking just like most McDonalds these days. Whoever is in charge needs to have a rethink. Ordering from annoying screens that sometimes don't work and only having one till to pay like a normal person is ridiculous. The drive thru is just as bad. Every time I use it, regardless of what you order you get parked up to wait as nothing is ready. Probably too busy putting deliveroo orders ahead of customers who can actually get off the sofa and collect themselves. Food quality is also poor, whatever happened to the great crispy fries McDonald's used to make, now soggy anaemic looking rubbish. To sum it up, AWFUL.Tuesday 29th August 2023
