Ollie Steele5 StarWe had the lovely Sylvia Garcia looking after our sale and purchase. She was amazing, very responsive and answered everything in a simple way so we could understand.
We have moved 4 times now and this experience of a conveyancing solicitor is by far the best. Considering we are in a global pandemic and its extremely busy in the market, not once did we have to wait for a response from Sylvia. She answered her mobile each time I called her right away and answered any questions. From speaking to friends and colleagues who are moving this sort of response time is unheard of at the moment.

John E B Jones5 StarWe received what we believed to be a scam letter from our neighbours demanding payment for their claim we have affected their right-of-way. Following our producing the evidence to the contrary, a strongly worded letter was produced by yourselves refuting the claim which to this moment in time (months later) has not been replied to so we assume they have seen the error of their ways!Tuesday 8th September 2020
Ramon Jimenez2 StarI used this solicitors 3 times, so I dealed with 3 diferent persons, 2 times to have some advice and help, and one time to redo a will, the first time and the will was ok, a good service, a bit price, but solicitors are expensive, good conversations, but the third time I found a solicitor that in my opinion did not give me a proper adivce, it was very expensive, and when he sended me the invoice, I had to pay extra money, as the initial deposit wasnt suficient to cover the costs, and the advice was a very simple and common sence advice that I already was going to do. Not happy with this final use of the services, wont repeat.Wednesday 3rd June 2020
