Went today love all the items they sell but need to sort their customer care out. Waited ages for one member of staff to take my money. Customers come first . Put more staff on tills .

Visited Matalan in Chesterfield today and loved the clothing section I think the store had improved greatly over the years but ! and to me it's a big but who decided to have 1 till for cash and 3 or 4 tills for card payment I know they will say people like to pay by card its safer but I won't be convinced it's not to cut down on staff if we are serving ourselves, today and most times I have been in recently the card tills are empty and 5 customers huffing and puffing who don't want to pay with a card queuing for cash checkout.
