If you are in any chain and you hear these conveyancers are working lower in the chain, forget it! Your sale will never happen! Keep a very wide birth, we have lost money, lost the house we were buying, handed our notice in on our careers ( as thought we were moving!) No words can describe the frustration and devastation that these conveyancers can cause 6 months down the line
