john s eyers5 StarFrom the other side of the world, I asked Martyn Cox for a valuation of our house in Witney. This was done promptly and well, at a modest cost. Since then, and although I’ve said the sale will probably be by private arrangement with no agent needed, Lily Bancroft has been most helpful – recommending a building surveyor, fixing a communication gap at the surveyor’s office, and advising on companies to undertake repairs and maintenance.
