COVID-UPDATE

 
We have checked the Government guidance and completed our risk assessment and are delighted to announce that we are now open for bookings.

There will be a few changes in order to remain COVID-19 secure:

Booking is essential to avoid disappointment. This can be done by telephone, Facebook messenger or via the website www.mariosristorantebacup.co.uk. We are required to take the details of all our customers to enable track and trace where necessary.

You may be told that there is a time limit on your table. We have rearranged all tables to allow a 1m distance between all customers on separate tables in line with current guidance. This has meant that we have less covers available at the moment. Please no not rearrange the seating or tables and please ensure that children are seated with your party at all times.

Sanitiser is available at the entrance of the restaurant and ALL customers are requested to use upon entry.

There is no longer a waiting area and all guests will be directed directly to their table.

Waiting at the bar is prohibited (including for payment) – table service only.

Where possible, we are trying to remove the use of physical menus. Customers are requested to pre – order their food when booking if possible. Alternatively (as we know you do not always know what you want until the night) please use our free WiFi to log onto our website on your mobile devices and use the menu there. If none of these are possible, menus will be available and will be sanitiser after every use.

Payment by card or Apple Pay where possible.

Toilets will be regularly checked, cleaned and sanitised (Please inform us if this is not the case). Customers are requested to was their hands regularly with soap for 20seconds.

Please do not visit the restaurant if you or a member of your household are feeling unwell, or exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms (new or continuous cough, fever, loss of taste/smell
