The first few times I went and staff were lovely then after a colour mistake hair went green when washed it everything changed was awkward when complained and did my colour again but let me out with wet hair! Never in my life have I experienced this? Last time I went wanted purple but got a light pinky colour which washed out after just one wash? For a permanent colour to wash out in just one wash? Never known ever! I plucked up courage after friend advised me to complain! And yet again customer care was bad! Said I had used wrong shampoo even though I was using what they use at salon I never use shampoos with in natural ingredients and in my 30plus years of having colour never experienced a colour change to green or a new colour wash out after one wash! After not washing a week I never had an apology or any refund and I now have found another hair salon who also said my cut was in even and badly cut!
