Our group of members has grown since our launch and everyone has their own ability. The sessions will push you and make you work, but you're guaranteed to have fun at the same time. Everyone who comes has made great friendships and enjoys meeting every week to train hard. We also like to meet outside of the park to have socials and days out.

Instructors are also very encouraging & the mix of varied sessions cater for everyone no matter what fitness level you are.
