Been going for years service is always the best!!! Today I ordered they dropped my order of and I had forgotten an item to add on I rang back and they sent it out straight away. Food is always the best, meat is always cooked properly and food always taste amazing. Staff are always dead friendly and helpful.

Food was ordered, Singapore fried rice and within 10 minutes sorted .Wow .....no taste ,no flavour and certainly no hot .Will not be going back again ..pity .....Rays looks closed all the time ..extremely good 👍.

Crispy chilli beef was more like crispy chilli flour. Couldn’t taste any beef whatsoever, sauce was at an unacceptable consistency, so runny. I’d like to say the egg fried rice saved the dish with intense flavour but yet again it was limited and almost tasted as though it had been frozen which is just ridiculous. Only thing that gives this place 1 star is the salt and pepper chips which still weren’t good enough being soggy and floppy. Overall it’s an experience I’m wanting to forget.

CRITICAL, FOOD HYGIENE IS OUTRAGEOUS!! It's not about the food taste although you can receive reheated food which doesn't taste nice. The only thing that has put me off from going here is the staff. The young girls that Mai is hiring should NOT be wearing false nails and false eye lashes as they pose a contamination hazard for the food. Instead they should wear gloves and remove their fake eyelashes. The Food Standards Agency guidelines say that nails should be trimmed, cleaned, filed, and regularly maintained for clean food handling, also food employee may wear artificial nails or fingernail polish ONLY IF they also wear gloves that are clean and in good condition. Mai don't follow this as I have seen for myself. Non of the staff wear hair nets. The young girls who have very long hair just let it dangle down where food is prepared which isn't acceptable. Otherwise if Mai follows this process it would make hygiene more better and make their customers feel better about eating food from there. At the moment seeing what I saw have put me off this place for a long time.

A very varied menu, and reasonably priced. We'll except for fish and chips at £8.10. Not really worth it. The food was nice but not great, and portion size was enough for two people , I thought. They do Chinese and curry as well, it's popular but I have eaten better.
