Whilst we are caring for your pet, be it dog walks, cat visits or overnight sitting, you will receive regular updates via Whatsapp which will also include photos and videos of your pet. We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.

Had a fabulous experience with Tracy looking after my two turtles. You can tell she cares greatly about keeping animals safe, happy and healthy and wants to learn about their personalities. I felt super comfortable leaving my turtles in her care, she sent me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease while I was away! 💚 Cheap and friendly service that I will be using again!

Tracy has been looking after our two cats whilst we have been on holiday for 10 days. We have never left our cats so were a little concerned about doing so. Tracy was very reliable, sending us photos and messages each day to reassure us. The cats were well looked after and were very happy and healthy when we returned home. Tracy clearly loves animals and takes the time to play with them and pamper them during her visits. I would definitely use Tracy again and would highly recommend her services. Em

We booked Tracey to come twice a day for 5 days, to feed our 2 cats, while we were away. She came to visit before hand and meet them, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete and as she'd already looked after other family member's pets, we didn't have any concerns about the care she'd provide. She wanted to keep their routines as similar to normal as possible and was happy to spend time with them on her visits, brush them, play with them etc. Turns out, as our cats are total wimps, they didn't want to spend much time getting to know her, but Tracey made sure we knew they were safe by contacting us with photos or video of them when she popped in. Although this is her business and it would potentially reduce her profit, Tracey offered to cut back from two to one visit per day, due the cats having access to inside and outside space and eating dried food. We did take her up on this and saved ourselves a few pounds - thanks Tracey. Our cats, Percy and Archie, would not have coped well in a cattery, so this was a great option. Although they were probably a little miffed with us going away, they were both fed and watered and happy to see us in our return. Photo of Archie who was pretty illusive while we were away.

Tracey is very passionate about the animals she cares for. I used her to look after my 14 year old cat who requires daily medication. Tracey came and met her and went through her routine with me so she could keep my cat as close to her routine as possible while I was away. I received daily updates with photos from Tracey which put my mind at rest that she was being looked after and cared for. Tracey really does look after your pets as if they were her own! Her prices are reasonable and I felt I got what I paid for, a lovely and personal service catered for my cat. I will be using her again next month and in the future.
