I called yesterday midday and received our car today at 8am! Thank you M Cars Surrey, to very professional Mr M Saleem who transacted with us yesterday over the phone. And special thanks also to Mr Faisal who delivered our car and helped us to familiarize with it. He was very friendly, efficient and supportive with all we needed. The sales team are very friendly & knowledgeable, the car was spotless and I was provided with all the paperwork and they were very transparent throughout the whole sales process. I was so happy that I purchased the car and I have even recommended M Cars to my family and friends. In fact my brother has made an enquiry to them on a Lexus NX Hybrid and another friend even asked if M Cars can source a used Mercedes or BMW. Sunny Patel5 StarPurchased a Mercedes SLK from M Cars few weeks ago. They allowed us enough time to look at the car and gave good advice. Great friendly service, they looked after us and made sure car was looking nice and clean for pick up. Drives amazing especially with the roof down.
