Philip Jinman1 StarThis company gives braintree district council customer service excellence awards. First council I have had trouble with and the worst council I have come across. How they get awards I do not know. They always pass the buck. They created ten years of extremely dangerous traffic conditions, which resulted in 108 road traffic incidents in a five year period some with injuries and some without. BDC showed no interest and the leader made promises and intentions he did not keep. They tried to get out of their land ownership responsibilities of the river brain. Now they are creating problems trying to get a simple no through road sign. Nothing is easy with Braintree District Council. They take your money but fail to provide a timely competent service on numerous occasions.Monday 4th July 2022
