Review is for Berkshire Branch Extremely pleased with the job my car was sent here by McLaren for corrosion repair it was returned to me showroom condition. Many Thanks to Dean and David to being extra careful with the car. Their technicians are very polite, only criticism is this place seems to be understaffed

Unfortunately M & A ruined my McLaren Ownership experience by returning my car after corrosion issues in an appalling state as you can see by the photos. The quality control was obviously non existent otherwise such a poor attempt at rectification would not of been allowed to be presented back to me the customer. I was originally given a two week return date for my car but due to complications and not accepting the repair attempt 2 weeks turned into 6 months, not helped By running into the lockdown period. Having a McLaren with corrosion issues at 18 months of age was bad enough so to witness my car being returned in this molested state just added salt to the wound. After waiting this long and witnessing my car at it’s age having various new panels and a virtual repaint the passion I originally had for it dramatically disappeared. Having paid for a dream car ultimately ended with me being in a nightmare so did I expect too much for the repair not to be seen? See for yourselves!

Amazing service whilst my Porsche was in for repair. Informative, proactive and super efficient, and the car has come back looking fabulous! We even had a fun time in the Mini Cooper S courtesy car 👍👍

My car got damaged by another driver reversing into me. When this happen I got sandwiched between the car in front of me and another vehicle. As a result both bumper got damaged. I have a Porsche Cayman GTS (981) and I absolutely love the car and the sounds of my flat 6. I was extremely worried the repairer wouldn’t be able to redo the complex two tone glossy black and silver bumper at the front and back . Aviva then Accident exchange pointed me to M&A coachworks and their expertise as the only Porsche approved body shop in London. Faye and Nathalie immediately reach out and kept me updated at all time and facilitated communication with Manager Garry. Garry and his team literally blew my mind. They not only repaired the damaged in record time, but replaced the part needing changing. The body work got painted so perfectly that when i came to collect the car the body surface was smooth and I could see my reflection on it. M&A went the extra mile I was expecting a 5/10 but they perform a 10/10. My dad was a car mechanic and body work repairer so my expectations were quite high. M&A Coachworks made my car look amazing ! Even better that when I bought it from Porsche;) When I returned the car was even clean in and out. The guys are the best hands down. They clearly care about giving an amazing experience. I am very happy with the work. The surface felt perfectly detailed too. Garry the manager has trained and work for each major luxury car brand Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari... They can also do restoration on old school classic. On collection I was a bit late but Garry and his team not only waited for me but stayed late to answer all my questions about the repair and went the extra mile by giving me a tour of the garage and showed me the Car Artwork produced by the painter artist they employed. Don’t hesitate to trust this team !

I have had two vehicles repaired by M&A. One was a V8 Vantage Roadster and the most recent was my RS6. They were both 3rd party at fault insurance claims. I was so impressed with M&A's work on my Aston that I insisted my RS6 be repaired there too. Their paint finish is better than factory - Concours d'Elegance. They provide regular updates and stick to their proposed completion date. Thank you M&A for your exceptional service.
