What a treasure that was, owner Dean dealt promptly with our emergency, calling round to survey the damage and providing an estimate shortly after that. Dean got back to us quickly, was reassuring about the damage and gave us a really reasonable quote. From contacting Dean to a quote to a freshly laid “torch on” felt roof took just over a week due to a fortuitous short notice availability.
