LetiziaPareisiya Perez5 StarWhenever I am in the area, stopping off here is a MUST. Food is always fresh and authentic. Never had issues with this place. Wish I lived closer to it.
I will definitely be returning again in a couple of months when I am back down.

Helen Procter1 StarOrdered food at 6.20pm last night and received the delivery at 8.35pm. I ordered using the just eat app and whilst waiting went back into the just eat app to report non arrival of food . On the app the message said there was a delay and a box appeared to request a partial refund for this issue. I clicked on this box and another message appeared stating I would hear in due course. This morning I received a message from just eat via text saying the restaurant will not be giving a refund and we hope you enjoyed your food . 2 hours 20 mins is NOT ACCEPTABLE for two vermicelli dishes and a message saying hope you enjoyed your food is an insult . My husband and I will not be ordering from this establishment again and they have lost a long time regular customer mainly because of this completely insincere apology with no explanation. They should have at least refunded delivery charge and SERVICE CHARGE that they add on . NOT WHAT I CALL SERVICE AT ALL.Sunday 23rd January 2022

Katie Bryson1 StarHaving been a regular customer for many years, I was utterly let down tonight. Ordered at 6.26pm online and had confirmation food would be delivered within 58 mins. At 7.16pm received a text informing me that they had too many orders and so have cancelled mine and I'll receive a refund within 3-5 working days (I'm in the wrong business - if we all did that we could live off the income from interest without ever providing any service!). Unsurprisingly I got straight on the phone to someone who really didn't care less. Upshot is that that we now have no dinner and, sadly, have no alternative but to boycott and try to find another chinese to frequent in the future. All they needed to do was let me know when I placed the order and things could have been very different. I'm a reasonable person and accept that takeaways can be let down by delivery drivers, but they must have known they were busy when they took my order - there is no excuse for the utter lack of communication and service.
