Best hairdressers in the area by a country mile. Both Gem and Gareth are incredible. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, its lovely to go to a hairdressers and not feel you are part of a production line. 100% recommend.

A tranquil salon where you can rebalance in the calm and peaceful atmosphere. Gemma and Gareth have created a beautiful space with soft décor and comfortable chairs. I was made to feel so welcome, and no part of my treatment was rushed. Gemma made every effort to explore how I wanted my hair styled, incorporating my daily lifestyle and how much time I had to spend on it. The Kevin Murphy products the owners have chosen to use really gave my hair bounce and shine, (no mean feat for my hair!) as well as being cruelty-free with no parabens. They smell gorgeous too! I will definitely be returning to this salon for another excellent hair-style experience.

Yesterday was my first visit to Low & Jones Hairdressing. The salon is very light and airy, and although small feels spacious, cosy and personal all at the same time. The lovely array of greenery sets everything off beautifully. I walked in to a very calm, peaceful atmosphere and had a warm, friendly reception from Gemma and Gareth. Gentle music was playing in the background, I sat in very comfy chairs at each stage, my legs were elevated when I had my hair washed, and I struggled to keep awake when my head was being massaged - sheer bliss !! Nothing was hurried or too much trouble, and Gemma knew exactly what would suit me and the kind of look I was after, but checked frequently that I was happy with what she was doing. I went in feeling dowdy and old fashioned, and came out feeling on top of the world, a lot younger and incredibly relaxed ! I can highly recommend Low & Jones Hairdressing and will definitely be returning. Thank you Gemma and Gareth for such a happy experience. xx

I can highly recommend this salon. Gareth had cut my hair previously in another salon and I did a lot of searching to find where he had moved to. I was delighted to see that he had opened his own salon with his partner Gemma.
