I can't recommend Lottie and her bridal boutique enough! Lottie went above and beyond to make sure my big day was perfect. From helping me to pick and customise my perfect dress, to personalising my veil, to tailoring and sorting my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, to dressing my dad, usher and page boy in suits to tie in, and even being there on the phone for her expert wedding advice! Everything was made so easy and stress free, and Lottie really couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. I don't know what I would have done without her!

**Avoid** I didn't end up getting the dress that I purchased, I understood that there was a non refundable deposit like there is on most things. I paid over that and I am still awaiting money that I am owed. Lottie agreed to pay me the remainder of the money but never paid. I would avoid this place if you don't want to be out of pocket. I have spoken with several people who have also been in this situation so I know I'm not the first person that Lottie has done this to and I'm sure I won't be the last.

I’m so sad that my wedding is now over and I don’t have to keep going into the shop to see Lottie! Amazing experience from start to finish. Lottie helped me with my dream dress and was also there for us during lockdown keeping us going. Beautiful shop, beautiful dresses and beautiful owner! 110% recommend Lottie to any future brides!

I was recommended Lottie’s by a friend and Charlotte and her team were amazing from the get go, the bridal experience was second to non and I chose my Wedding Dress on my first visit! My now husband also then selected the Grooms party suits for hire from Lottie’s and again they were extremely happy with the service and experience at Lottie’s. I had a few alterations to my Wedding Dress leading up to our special day including some unusual requests which were sorted for me without any questions. I would highly recommend Lottie’s to all Brides and Grooms and can’t thank Lottie’s enough for helping make our day the Best Day of Our Lives by helping us feel and look amazing! Lottie is just wonderful and my experience of finding a dress could not have been better. I contacted Lottie earlier this year as I needed to find a dress quickly due to arranging my wedding in 3 months (family circumstances). Lottie was so kind and understanding, she made me feel super special and said she knew she'd find me the perfect dress, which she did! I absolutely loved picking my dress and Lottie is amazing at pulling out something that's what you've described. Every time I've been in the shop Lottie is so lovely, I honestly couldn't recommend her services any more highly! Thanks so much Lottie you truly are brilliant at what you do!
