Made our appointment, once there left alone to browse. Good range of sofas. All handmade. The great thing is you can pick any style in any fabric with any cushion firmness. Even better as it is handmade they can adjust sizes as well. If you are looking for a sofa you can't get much better. Bit of a lead time but only sort of 12 weeks so compared to "other" sofa places very comparable. Reasonable prices as well.

Have received excellent service from the staff at Long Eaton Sofa's recently. We had to wait quite a long time for delivery, but I understand this is down to supply-chain issues, so no fault of the staff. There was a miscommunication when we actually took the delivery as we were missing a few bolster cushions, but this was very quickly resolved and we received them within a couple of days. Would not hesitate to recommend, the sofa's are excellent quality and made on-site. Look forward to having our next sofa from you.

Having been thorough disappointed in the quality in our previous sofa from a well know furnitature store we decided to support local. Their causal approach to browsing the store is nice and is welcome by most i reckon, means you can sit on the sofas, discuss between yourselves and take plenty of time to decide without some pushy commision based sales person continually hovering around you. Once we wished to engage with the sales team it was great, everything was discussed, options shown, all friendly and professional. Yes the sofas from Long Eaton are probably a little more expensive than your average high street but you're getting something hand made by a crafts person, in solid hardwoods (no chipboard frames here) finished to an excellent standard to your exact requirements. From then the pre-delivery was fine and pretty much to the day expressed initially. We did have an issue with the footstool, which to be fair, was mostly down to it being quite heavy for the children to move by lifting so a couple of legs had worked loose. I contacted the team and they asked me to bring the stool in and they would see what could be done. Took it in the next day, fortunately it was simply the legs themselves that were loose and the frame remained completely solid, they immediately replaced all 4 legs with new ones with castors to allow it to move easier at no cost and in around 10 minutes while i waited. This is where a company can often make or break an experience in how they deal with problems. Long Eaton Sofas have proved they care about the product and resolved it quickly and without cost despite the issue being as much due to use rather than any fundamental maker problem. Thanks for the great service and sofas ... we look forward to having many troublefree years of use from them.
