I found Logic very respectful, friendly, professional and took pride in their work. They were quick to identify what the problem was with our boiler and even took the time to explain it to us. Logic were able to turn the job around fast despite supply delays. It's so hard to find a company that provides first class customer service.

Logic charged us £64 for the call out in Penrith centre (customer name Petch) and then quoted £395 to replace a kitchen sink tap. Thinking this was VERY, VERY expensive, we asked a second plumber to take a look. His total charge to replace the tap, just £86. I'm asking Logic to return our call out fee, as a gesture of good will. People should be able to trust your quotes and I believe you were simply trying to rip us off, there can be no other explanation. I'd advise others to be very wary of using Logic.

Have used Logic for a few years now to service our Combi boiler. Always attended on time and engineers have always been very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. Last week the boiler developed a fault and through Domestic and General Insurance we were put in touch with Logic. They called us back within one hour and arranged for an engineer to visit the following morning. The engineer attended early next morning and quickly diagnosed the fault. All the staff have always been very helpful, friendly, competent and efficient. Would highly recommend Logic for any type of plumbing job.
