Hi, it’s Paul and I started the company in 2003 and we’re still going strong so we must be doing something right!
There’s nothing more satisfying to me than picking a lock open – if you don’t include eating cake and drinking espresso, obviously! When not helping people with their lock problems, I enjoy playing the drums - much to the delight of the neighbours who I see waving their arms in the air clearly having a great time feeling the groove.
I’m married to the lovely Ruth, have 2 grown up daughters and 3 grandsons. I also have a classic white Mini which I love driving when the sun’s out but the car never goes out in the rain.

Wayne Street5 StarI called lock assist today as I locked myself out in the windy wet weather! I was told they would be will me within the hour, which I thought was excellent as I was 45 mins away from them! And being Sunday.Paul turned up as he said on time and positive he would have me indoors in 15 mins as my dogs watched us from inside the house, he did the business without drilling the lock and costing me lots of money! Hayley Franco5 StarWe called about a broken lock/door handle on our back conservatory doors. After sending a few photos and videos of the issue, Paul was able to identify the problem and send us over a solution and price within a couple of hours. The parts were ordered the next day and the following day they were already there installing. The whole thing took less than 15 mins! Paul and his colleague Carl were lovely and very helpful.
