Countryside Marquees & Local Insights I really wanted to share our experience with Local Insights. They really are very good… From the outset, our interactions with the Local Insights team have been refreshing. Dan and Aaran are great. They are always super professional and our conversations are always insightful and genuinely collaborative. Since partnering with them, we've seen a marked uptick in bookings and enquiries. Worked with this company on and off for years now, gave them numerous business’s to manage for me, and recommended them to a lot of my friends and family. However I’ve come to realise that, they have completely gone down hill. There are so many things I can complain about but the main thing now is they’re completely profit driven and don’t give a care in the world about your business. When I said to my account manager that I think his approach towards my business was not enough, his response was ‘ this is what 49.99 a month gets you’ he didn’t try to explain himself, it’s like he automatically knew I wasn’t happy but didn’t want to do anything about it because ‘ it’s 49.99 a month’ which is a ridiculous response to give to a customer. Such a shame as the owners of the company visited me in store in person when they were starting out and I gave them a chance. Based on this I don’t recommend these guys to anyone, avoid them there are far better options and to be honest I’d rather pay more than 49.99 to get a better service and some respect/honesty in return.
