I’ll help you with booking viewings, negotiating offers to maximise your price and, as you’d expect from a personal estate agent, we’ll help with seeing the sale all the way through, to the day you hand over the keys. We sell all types of property, and because I’m powered by eXp UK, I don’t have to worry about the technology or property portals, allowing me to concentrate on what I do best, which is to sell houses. When I decided to sell my home I had many typical high street agents round to value and pitch their services but Vince completely stood out from the rest and we knew that he was THE agent that would sell our home for the best price and in the best way possible. Vince isn’t a typical agent, he is so much more. He is available whenever you need him, he tells you how it is, what needs to be done etc which is everything we want in an agent! He got us on the market with wonderful photos, done viewings for us and got us some very very good offers and saw us all the way through to exchange and compared to other agents, his fee is very reasonable for the service that he does. Absolutely above and beyond! If you want to move, do the best thing and instruct this agent. I honestly can’t recommend him enough! Thank you for everything Vince, my monk in shining armour 😂

I have known Vince for a number of years. I bought my first flat through him and even though he was acting for the Seller he was amazing at keeping me updated at all times, there were many delays with my purchase but I never felt out of the loop and found him always to be very helpful and honest. I was so impressed some years later I used his office to sell my flat and again, he made the whole experience as stress free as is possible with these things. In my opinion he is excellent at his job, honest, straight-talking and never once flustered in any way so I have no qualms whatsoever highly recommending him and his business.
