The service is absolutely awful. 2 elderly cashiers take almost 40 minutes to do a coins stock up, causing the Q of waiting customers almost outside the door. No apologies given or nothing. Absolutely shocking service, if you're pressed for time please avoid this bank at all costWednesday 16th November 2022

Nikoleta Pajor1 StarBlonde lady with a tablet in hand who suppose to welcome clients has very unwelcome attitude. No intention to help, just repeats 'you can do that online'. She always try to encourage you to come another time even if they not busy.

Marny B5 StarI phoned the 0800 number that i had kindly been given as a dedicated help line for seniors so we can continue to self isolate, because the internet banking app kept crashing.
The help that i received from the Bank assistant, whose name was Andrew, was absolutely wonderful, friendly and kind and professional and all the transactions were taken care of within minutes.
I highly recommend this number to seniors.
