Was a pleasure working with Livermores estate agents. Dealing Lisa Harris from the Crayford branch on the front end of things was smooth and easy, she was very attentive and very easy to get hold of. I can’t fault her as an agent. Regarding the progress of sale and completion I was always kept up to date on a weekly basis by Liz Payne from the Dartford branch. Liz made the whole process less daunting as I felt like I didn’t need to hassle my solicitor at all as she did that for me. Liz is easy to contact and keeps you in the loop the whole time and obviously very good at her job. Overall I’m very happy with the service from Livermores and highly recommend them.

What was and should have been a straightforward sale became very protracted and I can wholeheartedly recommend Livermores and especially Liz Payne for dealing with my frustrations and sometimes anger so professionally and always with calmness and kindness. I didn’t think we would ever get to completion but we did. Thank you Liz and Livermores for always being at the end of a phone or just answering any emails quickly and efficiently. Just wanted to add my thanks to Lisa Harris at Crayford Office for the initial contact and for showing prospective purchasers the property. All my dealings with her were efficiently dealt with and at all times her courteous and professional manner was much appreciated.

Lisa Harris was genuinely the loveliest Estate agent. Going to look at what would be my first home was quite daunting, but Lisa was so friendly and gave me the confidence to achieve what I initially thought was impossible! Thank you so much for all your help Lisa! Liz Payne was equally amazing, contacting me regularly and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Liz was always at the end of the phone for all my (probably stupid) questions! Livermores are so lucky to have these two amazing ladies working for them.

Great service! The staff are efficient and will keep you in the loop throughout the whole process, from start to end. Our initial house open day was with Lisa and then onto the paperwork side of things with Liz. Both have been great and a big help. I would happily recommend using Livermore’s!
