Every child is naturally gifted, and their deep curiosity and talent drives their understanding of where they belong in the world. As teachers, we standby, observe, document and support children find their own techniques to communicate with the world in their own unique way and support them to overcome obstacles whilst also assisting them with learning. Poppy joined Little Limes when she was only 11 months old and is now about to start school in September – her journey at Little Limes has been wonderful and it is now like a second home to her. Linda and her team have created a happy and nurturing environment where the children feel safe and loved and it is testament to the staff that Poppy has developed into a polite little girl who is very ready to start school. We will however all be very sad to leave Little Limes when the time comes. I am delighted with Little limes and the care they give to my children. The team are great and give so much attention to the little ones. The facilities & garden give the perfect setting for children to explore and learn. The garden was a key feature that made us choose this nursery when searching. The daily log is particularly good for seeing what your little one has been up to that day. I’d very much recommend this setting. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Little Limes to other parents. Our son is at Little Limes and we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. His happiness is everything; he beams in the morning when he sees the staff, gets so excited at seeing his friends and chats away about his day when we collect him. Coming up to two, his development in terms of sociability, language and imagination is more advanced that many his age, and we attribute much of this to the Little Limes team. We purposefully choose a smaller nursery to ensure a very hands on and nurturing approach, especially given our son started nursery at 4 months, and believe this is exactly what our son gets. Linda and team have been looking after our Son for over a year now and we have been very reassured by the care and affection the whole team have for both parents and children alike. There seems genuine affection for our son and he genuinely looks forward to going to nursery which is perhaps the best review. We are regularly updated on activities, care, action points and just nice moments throughout his day! Wonderful environment. Thank you. Our son started at Little Limes when he was 6 months old, so it was really important to us that the nursery we chose had a close and loving environment. We chose Little Limes as it offered a boutique service with smaller numbers to the other nurseries in the area, which we felt gave our son a more homely environment. 3 years on and our son loves going to nursery, we feel so comfortable that he is confident walking into nursery when we leave him each day. We would highly recommend Little Limes as a childcare facility.

This is definitely not a good early years setting. What is presented to you on first day is not what you get. Very poorly run.

My daughter has attended Little Limes for the last 2 and a half years and she adores going there, the staff are warm and nurturing and go out of their way to support the children and their families. Being a smaller nursery means that the children and adults really know each other well, it’s like an extended family for my daughter. Her development from being there has been fantastic and it’s great to get a daily update and photos of what she has been up to through the Eylog Parent app. They also have a lovely, large outside space which the children make full use of! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Little Limes to other parents.
